Sierra County at 82 percent investor-owned is not an anomaly. It’s a testbed- just like homelessness is a calibration zone for force. Real estate is now the primary interface for generational dispossession. And it’s been financialized into a closed system:
•Homes are not for living. They’re yield-bearing instruments.
•Ownership is not earned. It’s extracted through fiat games and insider leverage.
•The “dream” was privatized, securitized, and auctioned off to entities that never sleep in the homes but own the politicians who legislate access.

This is feudalism with an LLC wrapper. And the reflexivity is brutal:
•As home ownership collapses, rent dependency rises.
•As dependency rises, asset holders gain structural control.
•As control concentrates, politics bend to preservation of that structure.

There’s no mistake here. This is not some market oversight. This is engineered.

The housing market is the battlefield for sovereignty. And the signal is clear: generational ownership is being erased in favor of corporate tenure. The American Dream didn’t die - it was bought.

If you want your children to be free, you have to fight this not as a market glitch, but as a strategic dispossession campaign. And the first step is seeing the game for what it is.
