@Reedyhustle @McDonaldsUK It’s to maintain social distancing and so your hands don’t touch staff members. Can’t take them back as you have touched them and for the safety of yours and crew it can’t be taken back.
@JakeMckechnie2@McDonaldsUK To be fair we are still in the midst of a pandemic and the staff member is only trying to keep both you and the team safe, even if that means she had to be a bit strict with you.
@vivirigopoulou @McDonaldsUK It takes up to 5 hours to complete the cleaning cycle on the machine, sometimes longer if it’s the weekly or monthly clean.
@amy_bishop @McDonaldsUK The bacon used at breakfast is called back bacon and is steamed whereas main menu bacon is called beechwood and is a ready to eat item similar to cooked sliced ham you can get in supermarkets.
@MsFord1875@McDonaldsUK Scottish notes aren’t legal tender, even in Scotland. It is to the discretion of the management team whether to accept them or not.
@JackeeVirtue @McDonaldsUK The app is more for convenience if anything, it gives customers another option of using McDonald’s. Also helps you to avoid queuing during busy periods.
@SR1504@McDonaldsUK I’m not saying it’s okay and I’m not justifying it. You asked for the policy on food preparation and the wearing of gloves so I provided you with that.
@markwayt@McDonaldsUK There’s two drive thru order points (one for each lane) but only one till that is in the first window so when that till goes down there’s no way of taking payments.. I don’t really know what you aren’t understanding.
@SR1504@McDonaldsUK Gloves don’t need to be worn when assembling sandwiches, kitchen staff must wash their hands every 30 minutes and front staff must wash every hour. Blue gloves are used for handling raw meat and eggs. Clear gloves used for handling shake/sundae mix and ice. Hope that helps!
@markwayt@McDonaldsUK Drive thru and in store tills complete their updates at separate times so when it’s happening in DT the in store ones are still on, then vice versa.
