@TLRailUK What happens to my KeyGo charge for today? As I tapped in at Farringdon wasn’t able to tap out anywhere, will any charge for the evening journey be waved and only charged for the morning journey (which I will also get delay repay for).
@TLRailUK Understandable, thanks for letting me know.
Is it possible to share any photos of what went wrong with the overhead lines? Had delays with SWR previously and they shared photos which made the delay much easier to understand and know what actually happened.
@SW_Help So instead of waiting at Clapham for 7hrs for the next Southern, could I finish my journey via Euston or St Pancras to get to either Watford Junction or St Albans City (either are fine)?
@SW_Help Sorry I think I’ve confused you! I *should* be able to get to Clapham eventually, its about acceptance after that.
The latest connection is 22:38 which I am scheduled to miss, so would I be able to get acceptance to make my journey to and subsequently from Euston or St Pancras?
@SW_Help Due to disruption it looks like I’ll miss the next service too (22:38, unless the train from Bournemouth is a rocket ship), meaning that the next service would be 05:09 and obviously I wouldn’t want to wait that long at Clapham. Would I get acceptance to Euston or STP to STA?
@SW_Help That’s fine, thank you for the communication regardless.
I have a connecting train at Clapham to go to Watford Junction with Southern, do I need to get in contact with them for this as it’s on the same ticket as this one?
@SW_Help Ah ok thank you. I thought it might be, seems I’ve got unlucky with it being the first train caught coming down judging from the times.
Please do you have any estimations for when it might get to Bournemouth (and attach to the carriages coming from Weymouth)?
