Over $30,000 in damages to my property, including at least 4 visits to my home by the police (due to guests' behavior). And @Airbnb offers to reimburse just $2,000 of it. I'm done with Airbnb. They don't care about their most important partners -- hosts. @bchesky

As a Superhost of 5+ years, I'm very quickly losing faith in @Airbnb. If this was an isolated event, I'd let it go, but it's become common practice that @AirbnbHelp just ignores hosts' support requests and subsequent pleas for help, and closes support requests without notice.
