(Follow on from my last tweet) @HelloB@yorkshirebank: So now my has been delivered somewhere they have no idea of, not in a branch or my home address! So disappointing shouldnโt sending a card be simple! ๐ค
Never knows such inconsistency than I have with this bank! @HelloB@yorkshirebank leaving me without a card for over a week! When I call they are confused and unsure where my card is or where it was sent. The reason I had order a new card was because of fraudulent activity!
Last night I ordered a @Dominos_UK An hour later The app said it had been delivered so I rang and said Iโm still waiting, I was told it was on its way! I waited another 40mins it didnโt turn up and I didnโt get a phone call in all that time and the money left my account!
