17U - FINAL
HoopGwinnett I-85 - 76
HoopAthens - 63

With Louisiana Tech, Navy & others looking on - Elyjah Rebetez put together his signature performance at Best of the South as he finished with 17p 17r 6a 5s.

Alongside Rebetez, 2027 Nathan Cutshaw of Buford HS had a breakout performance with 23p on 5 made 3pt FG’s & some phenomenal on-ball defense.

For Athens, Landon McPherson & Gordon Pugh both put together impressive games that kept their team in it until the end.

McPherson ended with 12p 4a 10r & did a great job of getting teammates involved & fighting on the glass while Pugh ended with 18p 4r 2a and provided the scoring punch Athens needed off the bench.

Late in the game when HoopGwinnett 85 needed them most Elyjah Rebetez and Nathan Cutshaw came up huge. The duo led them to a huge 80-67

Elyjah Rebetez started off overtime with an and 1 continuing to finish through contact and get to the rim with ease.

Cutshaw led the charge on the other end with 2 back to back steals in overtime and provided pressure on the offense throughout the entire game
