@ConniCossette Hi there! I noticed Light on the Hill hanging out with my biblical fiction offering The Keeper's Crown on the Amazon top 100 in Christian historical. Congrats! I always thought a book about the cities of refuge would be intriguing! How'd you get the idea?

@KateQuinnAuthor I'm sure there were sincere believers of many sects and just as many eager to use religion to serve their own ends. It's always been the way. I think that's what I find so fascinating about history...people have always been people no matter the era. The past still speaks.

@Sheltieman3 Even Paul said he had to keep his flesh under subjection lest having preached to others he himself should become a reprobate. A definite earning for anyone who thinks they're top spiritual to ever fall.

@ConniCossette That's what I always thought! What were those cities like? Of course murderers could still be taken and tried, but a city full of even manslaughterers would certainly be unique to say the least.

@Agye_nim I love how Paul consecrated even his chains to God, using them as a key instead of tripping over them in his ministry.
