@JesterJum Former Terminix guy here. Most pest control is super easy DIY if youre willing to take the time initially to learn the chems and how to apply them. Termidor takes care of 90% of them. Wasp spray and if you go extra: powder apps beneath baseboards for spiders & occasional invaders
