"the seasons change & you change, but the Lord abides evermore the same, & the streams of His love are as deep, as broad, & as full as ever."
// charles spurgeon
Catharine of Siena lived in Europe during the Black Plague during the 1300s. Rather than sink into fear, she placed her trust in Christ and continued her ministry. She even laid hands on the sick and prayed for them. Her story speaks today in the midst of the corona outbreak.
“for God alone my soul waits in silence; from Him comes my salvation. He alone is my rock & my salvation, my fortress; i shall not be greatly shaken.”
// psalms 62:1-2
the Lord bless you & keep you
make His face shine upon you
& be gracious to you
the Lord turn His face toward you
& give you peace
amen, amen, amen
may His favor be upon you
& a thousand generations
& your family & your children
& their children & their children
may His presence go before you
& behind you & beside you
all around you & within you
He is with you He is with you
in the morning in the evening
in your coming & your going
in your weeping & rejoicing
He is for you
He is for you
He is for you
He is for you
amen, amen, amen
