@maybedanielleee Moral of the story. It’s really hard to run a freight brokerage. It’s equally hard to run a tech company. Almost impossible to do both at the same time. Especially when fright recessions hit both businesses at once

@maybedanielleee WaveTMS was a DBA within Zuum. The bankruptcy only affects the brokerage(Zuum Transportation). Wave is completely separate from my understanding

@ChrisCeausu To clarify, Estes and BNSF were not investors. They were clients of the TMS and some executives from those companies invested in the company as individuals

@maybedanielleee From my understanding the brokerage filed for bankruptcy. The TMS division(Wave) is separate and still operating as normal.
