I have lost a ton of weight (77lbs - 377 to 300) riding that Raleigh while getting back into shape. Would love to get the new Raleigh RX1.0

[Nathan Neel @NathanNeel]

Someone stole my 1985 Raleigh Team USA road bike I have had since 88. It had a lot of sentimental value since it was my first real bike.

Looking for a good commuter that's also good for up to 75 miles. Felt X-City 2/IGH or SPEC Tricross Sport or build up old bike w tiagra?

[Nathan Neel @NathanNeel]

Did 30 miles today with my 11yr old son Nick - he rocked! We rode out to and around Lake Helena avg of 10mph, good for his first big ride.

[Nathan Neel @NathanNeel]

It was all flat for me to get that avg speed on bike! No hills or steeps for sure or my avg would be like 12mph at my weight.

[Nathan Neel @NathanNeel]

iMapMyRide screwed up again and did not record my route, it was at first check but now nothing :-(. Did 25 miles @ 16.2mph - 325lbs 6'3"!

I guess it's Contador over Schleck by 39sec (that's equal to the 31sec he was ahead + 8 sec he lost when chain came off). Should be a tie!

[Nathan Neel @NathanNeel]

Friday ! Alright, I'm going to shoot for a 30+ mile bike ride this weekend on my MTB. Plan to map it in iMapMyRide using my iPhone GPS.

Working with QR codes, to see what all they can do and some cool ways to use them in online & print marketing.

Just saw I passed 2k on Twitter, nice and thank you everyone. I will have to start the purge again of spammers on my list, way too many ;-(

Been watching the tour on Versus while on the stationary bike, makes the time fly by while I'm riding the Tour de France with the pro's ;-)

[Nathan Neel @NathanNeel]

Sad to see Armstrong's out of winning the tour (maybe a big mt stage still), but man let's hope Andy Schleck can beat Contador for the win.

Been on the old moutain bike for a few weeks now, starting to feel better and doing longer rides ;-). Looking to get a good hybrid soon.
