@DIRECTV my nfl Sunday ticket. I apologized for my frustrations, but your customer service blows and you need to fix it the relationship between nfl Sunday ticket and direct TV. All that time and no compensation

[Nathan P. Knight @NathanPKnight1]

2/3 @DIRECTV , Debbie from IT, could have just given that number in the first place, instead of hearing from me over and over again. And I was very unhappy of how things went, and I shared my frustrations through your employees, of your flawed system command of simply canceling

[Nathan P. Knight @NathanPKnight1]

1/3 @DIRECTV Congratulations @DIRECTV, you have wasted 3 hours of my time today. I simply tried to cancel my nfl Sunday ticket, and your customer service gave me the run around for 2 hours, and then you gave me the nfl Sunday ticket number for cancellation of 18887788806.

[Andrea Almeida @Andi_Alm]

@NathanPKnight1 @DIRECTV I been on the phone with them 3 days for my NFL Sunday ticket. I not even sure how are they still in business.

[Nathan P. Knight @NathanPKnight1]

@ATTHelp No they won't be happy to assist, I was on the call with someone for 2 hours, and they still weren't able to "assist."

[Nathan P. Knight @NathanPKnight1]

@DIRECTV , so just got off with one your colleagues name Debby from I.T. I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH YOUR INEPT EMPLOYEES FOR 2 HOURS! And stop saying "you understand" what customers are going through, that's B.S. they don't know Jack!. I just want to cancel my nfl sunday ticket.

[Nathan P. Knight @NathanPKnight1]

@DIRECTV your inept employees have no idea how to cancel a simple nfl sunday ticket. I don't blame them for there crappy service, I blame you for making a flawed system where you steal money from customers.

[Nathan P. Knight @NathanPKnight1]

@DIRECTV, your customer service is terrible, and your NFL Sunday ticket system sucks! I'm trying to cancel my Sunday ticket, that you are charging me, and your employees are saying that you can't my account!
