Cannot understand why Amorim persists with inverted wing backs, when clearly it's not working. No width, no runs beyond the opposing full backs, and they keep passing the ball back to where it came from. Turgid.

A genuinely hard watch. Slow tempo, too many touches and when going direct in quick transitions to Garnacho/Rashford, Zirkzee and the rest can't keep up. A worrying trend of unconvincing performances. Ineos' cost cutting measure is the only thing keeping ETH in the job.
