@yenolom07 @HorseToWatch computer automated wagering teams. Other tracks besides NYRA allow them to bet last with massive amounts killing the payoffs and shifting the odds for all everyone else. Other tracks like Churchill Downs, Gulfstream Park actually own this CAW teams.
