@KFC_India @kfc @kfc This generic apology doesn’t solve anything. I literally had to leave the drinks on the store counter and walk away as it was physically impossible to carry. I paid for a "takeaway" that I couldn’t actually take away. Wasted my money and time. I expect a real resolution.

takeaway at @KFC_India . Food came in flimsy paper glasses & lids. Staff is demanding ₹11 extra per plastic container (I need 6)! The app had NO option for containers, only a 'carry bag' which I already selected. How am I actually supposed to carry this? 🤷🏽‍♀️🍗 #KFCIndia #KFC

And also the rental that I’m being charged is also show as charge on sound box and not POS machine.

Funny part is that it show that the charges are for the sound box instead of the POS. My ticket ID: 5111684169.

@Paytm @Paytmcare I’m being charged monthly rental on my POS machine even thought i had clearly bought it upfront without rental and no strings attach, I tried contacting you customer are that’s totally unresponsive and the support tab on ur app that’s of no use.
