@Scott_Wiener So wait…are masks good or bad?? We’re confused. Because there are a lot of us that were fired for not complying with your Draconian mask/💉 policies.
Seems like you’re proving what everyone already knows. That you don’t really stand for anything at all.
Q: With no monetary reward, what is the best outcome of F4F’s lawsuit?
A: Best possible outcome would be a precedent-setting ruling that renders v🪓 mandates unconstitutional in the state of CA, ensuring no one in the state is subject to mandates again, and legal fees covered.
We are asking for a massive display of public support. Please arrive early (starts at 9:30am)

Tomorrow at 9:30am in the Appellate Division of LA Superior Court
RJ Kilpatrick will have his case heard in a decision that will drastically impact any rights a public sector employee has to their job.
The decision by the Court tomorrow has the ability to render any subsequent violation of Skelly null and void.
For any public sector employee, this drastically changes your right to maintain your job.
RJ Kilpatrick was not afforded any of these prior to his termination by the City of LA.
The city is maintaining that they are justified in their termination of RJ and denial of his Skelly rights.
A Skelly hearing ensures that an employee is informed of the allegations, has an opportunity to refute the allegations, and has an opportunity to mitigate the allegations or rehabilitate their standing with the employer prior to the imposition of any actual disciplinary action.
The City of Los Angeles is trying to abolish a well-established legal precedent in place since 1975.
In Skelly v State Personnel Board, the CA Supreme Court ruled that Dr Skelly was deprived of his due process right to pre-disciplinary discovery
Tomorrow morning Firefighter/Paramedic John Knox, a 20+ year veteran with the LAFD begins his internal Board of Rights (BOR) hearing to determine the fate of his employment.
John has been a stalwart of unwavering conviction, standing on his constitutional right to privacy.
Los Angeles is the last city in the entire country to continue punishing employees by enforcing mandates.
Even San Francisco and New York have repealed their ordinances.
So the question becomes, what will these three chiefs decide?
