@FedExHelp First, I would a public explanation on the response to "go look around my neighbors houses for it." If that is the new business model for FedEx, I think the public should know. @fedex
I had a package that was to be delivered 2 days ago. After 2 days of delays, I get a notice that the package was delivered. I have been home all day and it was not delivered. I called @FedEx and their answer was for me to look around all my neighbors houses for it. Respond @fedex
@Xfinity, so I DM @comcastcares as you suggested, and have had no response. Do you not care about customers anymore? Why is it so hard for a customer to get help with issues for services that we pay for?
@Xfinity please tell me why I have to spend hours on the phone, have my calls go unreturned, have calls to tech support suddenly drop, and have my issue remain unresolved. Is this how you do customer service these days?

@Masterbuilt I have a smoker that arrived damaged from the factory. I have registered the smoker. I filled out the contact me form. A week ago. I have still not been contacted. Please contact me.
@Masterbuilt I received a new smoker as a gift yesterday. It arrived damaged and I cannot use it. Trying to contact customer service, but no luck. Can someone there please reach out to help me. Smoker is a MPS 140B.
