There is nothing wrong with routine ID checks when done properly, but when done by what it seems is to be a bot rather than human and keep producing generic replies and ask for the same ID and same answers again that have already been submitted. That is very concerning particularly about private data. And the proof is that your reply here seems to be generic too and did not address the core question of why would you do ID checks every 3-4 days not why would you do ID CHECKS IN GENERAL
It’s said to see a company like @Wise turns into some of today’s weird and controlling businesses for unknown reasons purposes, incompetent customer service and simply strange behaviours. You were one of the good ones. Now your customers can’t even afford to have a standard current account. How many times you have to ask for identification from the same customer sending himself funds from another account under his name?? You either don’t do the checks you said you do or completely inefficient in your operations or have a different motive

@SixtNL is this the brand new era of your service level?
I had a confirmed booking at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (Ref: 9729179992). Both my email confirmation and your official website clearly state that debit cards are accepted for payment and security holds. I had even pre-paid for the rental and the insurance.
Upon arrival, the female agent at the desk flatly refused my debit card for the security deposit, insisting only a credit card was allowed—directly contradicting Sixt's own published policies. When I attempted to resolve this by purchasing your direct top-tier insurance (which was advertised as a way to waive the deposit), I was also denied this option. Her dismissive and inflexible attitude felt less like ignorance and more like racial and discriminatory profiling, which was deeply humiliating and unsettling. And the loud message was that airport desk staff can do whatever they want.
I was left stranded at the airport with the rest of the family in freezing conditions without transportation, causing significant distress and logistical chaos. Disrespectful treatment at the counter and a company's policy failure is one thing, denying a customer who already paid for the rental service and unapologetically leaving them stranded in the freezing cold on arrival and on baseless grounds is unforgivable especially if you have a child.
Are @SixtNL written policies meaningless at the counter?
Profoundly disappointing.
That seems to be just usual business day for @SixtNL@SixtNL refused my prepaid booking @Schiphol, breaching their own policy & contractual agreement. Agent's dismissive and discriminatory attitude felt like targeted racial profiling not policy which was deeply unsettling in EU 2026. Lefts stranded on arrival and in a freezing weather. So much for reliability.
A company that ignores its own published terms, disregards its own confirmation email & disrespects customers cannot be trusted neither for leisure and definitly not for family or business travel logistics. #Discrimination #PolicyBreach #AvoidSixt

@SixtDE Utterly disappointed with @Sixt at Amsterdam Schiphol. Despite confirmed policy in my booking (attached) stating they accept credit, debit, or digital wallet cards, desk staff refused my payment and demanded a credit card only.
This complete disregard for their own policy
@qrsupport@qatarairways This is not a "terms and conditions" issue. It is a "bait-and-switch" issue. I will ensure my detailed experience, including this exact exchange, is shared widely so other travelers understand the risk of booking your "premium" QSUITE
@qrsupport@qatarairways This is not customer support; it is customer avoidance.
I have provided my booking reference, quoted your policy, and even shared your own team's admission that I was denied because I chose the Qsuite. Yet you respond with a generic link you know is irrelevant.
@qrsupport@qatarairways NativUc I have reviewed the terms. Extensively. Your response demonstrates a continued refusal to engage with the specific issue I have raised multiple times.
Let me be unequivocally clear: The problem is not my understanding of the terms, but the unethical application of them
@emirates A consistent and stellar experience is what defines a top-tier airline. It's a shame that @qatarairways fails to understand this, operating a "bait-and-switch" where purchasing their premium Qsuite product often means forfeiting standard benefits like transit accommodation.
@qrsupport@qatarairways The "first condition has not been satisfied" only because I elected to use the premium product you use to attract passengers. This is a textbook of a "bait-and-switch." You market a premium (Qsuite), but to receive it, customers must accept detrimental terms (excessive a 9h40m
@qrsupport@qatarairways You mean any flight?
I pay for business and you send me to economy because you don’t want to honour your own policy. Seriously which airline does that. Beside this, if there is a flight with shorter connection why your team refuse to send me the details when I ask for it?
@qrsupport@qatarairways I am sorry to say that there is no truth to the statement that you take your valued customer very seriously. If anything your generic DM responses demonstrates a profound lack of attention to my complaint. This is by far the worst airline support I’ve ever encountered
@qrsupport@qatarairways I’m sorry but You don’t seem to take anything seriously when all you provide over DM is generic templated responses. This is utterly unacceptable and demonstrates a profound lack of attention to customers complaints .
@qrsupport@qatarairways Your DM replies are nothing more than generic template responses and was factually incorrect. Despite a 9h40m layover (your policy: >8h), I was denied transit accommodation and given a generic reply ignoring my details. This is how you treat business class customers?
@qrsupport@qatarairways , I wish to inform you that I retain the full right to share a complete and accurate account of this experience across consumer review platforms and social media.
