What is an easement?
Title II of the draft #FarmBill from the House Agriculture Committee includes wetland reserve easements as an effort related to conservation. An easement refers to accessing a property or land owned by another for a specific purpose.
How can state assistance build on soil health?
The House Ag Committee’s draft of the #FarmBill would authorize grants to eligible Tribes in the amount of $5 million or 75% of the cost of implementing the Tribal soil health program in the fiscal year.
