Nvidia fired a long-time employee for re-producing a stock *image of an EYE which Nvidia used for their product, VR Works. This image was vetted by Nvidia's art dept, marketing, legal and used across multiple Nvidia verticals.

Nvidia's use of open-sourced material occurred before Nvidia went full-AI and prior to the stock split.

Have all the source files and the processes along with the vetting chain gang within each department.

All occurred JUST before Nvidia became the beginning of the AI race.
