@MyProbableEnd Don't forget about those great 3-4 part stories 😂 jokes aside, imo, I believe out of all the "inconsistant" batman villains, scarecrow has the most great 1-2 part stories. If any famous bat rogue needs to be thrown under the bus, it's freeze, unfortunately.
