I feel the driver might have some responsibility if this keep happening

@303SnowWolf The driver asked us when boarding what airline we were with, we said SAS / International.
He then yelled “Southwest & Delta. Terminal 5”, only when questioned did he ask Swedish Airlines, this is the point we got it.

We expected him to announce SAS or International, so sorry 🥲
