@birmingham_live Your stating the x21 but u sud update that to only half the route, its starting in weoley Castle rather then bartley green, apparently people in b32 don't work at the qe or have appointments or the woman's hospital, as a nhs worker I understand the strikes but do a full route

@superdrug I'm extremely disappointed that a issue with my beauty card has taken 5 weeks 2 sort out have now been told my points expired, I asked for 2 cards 2b merged. The card with the points on instead got cancelled. @BootsUK wouldn't treat customers this way. Shocking.
