@topero Hi Thomas, The shelf life is 37 months from the date it was produced and as a rule, the olives are milled <24 hours from the time they are harvested. This is done to maintain the quality and nutritional values of the olives while preventing fermentation of the fruit.

@topero Hi Thomas, our Natural Grocers Brand EVOO has the Non-Adulteration Certificate that states “the oil is not adulterated or blended with any other type of oil and is in compliance with the applicable regulation CE 2568/91 and amendments, in force in the European Union.
@KathiLeonardRo1@thehealthb0t To our knowledge, that is on only instance where RoundUp was knowingly approved by the NOP. The fact that community outrage was heard and acted on was a small silver lining to an overall bad situation.
