@Verizon is just itching for a lawsuit. I filed with the BBB because it was to the point that reps were making threats and labeling my account then executive office assigns a POC that is an absolute monster! I asked for a different person and still it’s her ignoring what I say
@Verizon the crazy thing is she is power tripping. And not listening. At all!! My issue isn’t with customer closer vice anymore. It’s her! She doesn’t even know a lot of things have been resolved baseball she wants to do is antagonize me and I’m not going to allow it.
@Verizon@Verizon they know you don’t do quality assurance. They can say or promise anything and no consequences. Meanwhile they create situations and put people in binds that charge extra fees and throw account off balance. I know it would be visible if audited. Just from my calls alone
@Verizon@Verizon she is blocked. And she stopped calling because I started recording her and her attitude and the things she was saying. So now she harasses me via email. All of this is a paper trail and absolutely ridiculous. You all need to do better and actually listen to calls.
