This message is beyond important for anyone who has gotten a #rejection lately, especially in the world of #academia, know that it does not define you! You may not get that paper accepted or an offer from your top choice grad school first time around, but just keep trying!
This is important. In #academia, there is a LOT of rejection. Even very successful academics hear “no” more often than “yes,” and criticism more often than praise. Finding strategies to take lessons from it without becoming demoralized is essential.
