Section 113 of the EMA Act Zimbabwe states that no person shall
a) Reclaim or drain any wetland or
b) disturb any wetland by drilling
c) introduce any exotic animal or plant species into a wetland.
Contravention of this results in a fine not exceeding and or imprisonment
