As for Widal test, it’s confusing but NOT useless in Nigeria. Its challenge is that many people don’t know how to interpret it. This has nothing to do, entirely, with HMO.

It may also be TB. TB also presents its self with persistent coughing.
Then whooping cough (adult and children). How I wish we know the rate at which this goes undiagnosed in NG.
