Hey @Delta I’ve spent hours (Like 6 of them) on hold via phone and text (now 18hrs) over the last two days with NO help or response - biggest customer service fail I’ve seen in a LONG TIME! #DeltaAirlines

@NaughtyCEO Guests must personally settle their charges with the hotel to receive credit. If we're able to assist please DM a copy of your hotel folio in your name evidencing payment to the hotel directly, and we can review and credit any eligible charges.
