@GreggsOfficial Just been to Greggs at the Asda Garage in Petersfield. The staff refused to cut my baguette in half. Told me he wasn’t allowed. Asked for the knife to do it myself, and wasn’t allow to do that either. He was reluctant to help me at all! This is an official complaint!

So @GreggsOfficial won’t say if they can cut their own baguette in half for you…as this makes the product bespoke and their staff can’t do that. Yet most staff with a brain does cut it. Most ridiculous thing I have ever heard….cant cut a sandwich!

Please can anyone going into a Greggs store ask for their baguette to be cut in half!!! A sandwich store not allowing staff to cut a baguette. Absolute state of this. @Greggs you should be ashamed!
