There is one it doesn't give you the checkmark but it does exist. Its just a bitch to get to it as they try to hide it for some reason. I deadass dont fully remember. I got it on a different account. I just thought the checkmark would help since I am just starting up... nope it be useless af.

Oh my gods... you are the only one I have found that has actually covered the neck stuff. For some reason all the ones I have seen are like "just clip it to the neck and hide everything" I didn't even know you could do that turn off movement on the neck.

^ this is true. I swear since getting mine the engagement went hella down. A brand new account felt like it was getting more seen than current. Its hella annoying, you can't change your pfp again so you better get it right on the first try and hope you don't wanna change it cause you can't until the verify you again.
