If you cannot handle customer requests, provide technicians on time, or support people after selling products, then stop selling them in the first place.

And one more advice for everyone — never buy IFB AMC plans. They are an absolute nightmare. You pay for support and get delays, excuses, unanswered calls, and zero accountability.

Your own service center’s excuse is “we have too much customer load and cannot handle requests right now.” Imagine saying this after taking customers’ money and selling expensive appliances.

If this is how IFB treats customers after purchase, people should think twice before buying.
