After seeing this video, I can see why the CM has acted swiftly.

An arrest is not just a deterrent.

It's a statement.

A statement that enough is enough. A statement that this culture of impunity will not be tolerated anymore. A statement that the government is guided by
a moral compass, not political calculus.

Such a statement, like arrest, may be diluted by a court of law. That doesn't make it useless or wrong.

Not all battles are fought for victory. Some are fought, to simply tell the world, that someone stood up on the battlefield.

If men in politics could just focus on actual issues instead of dragging women who have nothing to do with their scheme of things - it would be stellar.

The reason abusive motor mouths like DMKs Shivaji Krishnamurthy could speak so vulgarly on political platforms is because he was encouraged to do so. Not once, but several times till he was expelled.

I didn’t understand what the purported underlying meaning of what the LoP of Tamilnadu said someone known to me explained a while ago. I thought it was about a water connection. Turns out most women didn’t get it. It was a Bro thing.

I don't understand on what basis some people see him as a leader. They must have some serious mental health issues. He uses abusive language, speaks disrespectfully about the people of Tamilnadu, lives a life of luxury while preaching simplicity, and is full of contradictions. He's simply not a reliable person.
