Santa Rosa County lifts burn ban May 28 - 10 a.m. - After significant rainfall in the past week, and discussions with Florida Forest Service, the board of county commissioners has voted to lift the burn ban. Residents are reminded that it is always illegal to burn trash.

Recently the Holley-Navarre Fire District has been receiving calls about the burn ban. We have also had to respond to several illegal burns. Please let us remind you until the ban is lifted please no burning. Remember this is not a state ban it is a county burn ban.
