In the last 12 years, mean seed round dilution has dropped from 25% to 12.5%. Series A has dropped from 30% to 20%; Series B from 22.5% to 12%; and Series C from 18% to 11%.

As much as I love the @NHSuk, there are some seriously fundamental issues in the way they treat their doctors - and I’m not even talking about the ridiculously low pay

2) these doctors then get little to no flexibility when it comes to transferring between different locations and departments - they are effectively trapped into a fixed and rigid rota for the next 8-12 hours

5) to add insult to injury, they get thrown head first into the global pandemic, and after holding the country up with their bare hands - the @ConHome government gives them a ONE PERCENT PAY RISE

4) and yes, on top of that, they get paid barely over the average national salary despite going through 5 years of high skilled, rigorous and extremely selective training
