Today is a special day @dubdotco: We've achieved negative lifetime burn 🥳
This means we now have more cash in the bank than we've raised from investors.
It's the third milestone for building an efficient startup:
1. Default alive (re: paulg essay)
2. Profitability
3. Negative lifetime burn
And it gives us the freedom to build the best possible product + serve our customers long-term – without the constant pressure of having to raise more capital.
Proud to follow in the footsteps of great cos like @linear, @gammaapp and @fillout 💪
And most importantly, I'm immensely grateful to our team and customers for getting us here – excited to keep growing with you all!
We’ve agreed to a partnership with @SpaceX that will substantially increase our compute capacity.
This, along with our other recent compute deals, means that we’ve been able to increase our usage limits for Claude Code and the Claude API.

AI disruption in design won’t look like a better Figma.
Coding already showed us the core patterns:
Level 1: AI autocomplete
Impact is convenience. You move faster, but the workflow stays the same.
Level 2: AI-native editors like Cursor
Impact is leverage. The AI starts collaborating with you inside the tool. The workflow changes slightly.
Level 3: Agents like Claude Code
Impact is disruption. You stop doing everything and start guiding, reviewing, and setting direction. The workflow completely changes.
The real breakthrough isn’t a better version of the current tool or an improved workflow, but a very different way of working. That’s the key insight.
I’m thinking about this across other fields too, including productivity. In many domains, we’re still in Level 1 or 2 because the models and the harness layer aren’t ready yet. But when they are, the disruption will be huge.
The best response to change is curiosity and a willingness to question how we’ve always worked. The bad, but very human, response is to think your field is special and won’t change or be disrupted.

As coding agents emerged, the code reviews I got tripled.
Developers started shipping at least 3 times faster.
And the code reviews became bottlenecks.
There were many products, but I want something to review as me, in my style.
So I wrote a "review-as-me" skill.
We have a big open source launch for you today.
Announcing React Email 6.0.
For a long time, people asked me for a way to include an email editor into their app. So we decided to open source our own editor.
- Embed in your app
- Style with your brand
- Build custom extensions
