Kindly look into this very delicate issue, our married life is on the verge of destruction. As a couple, we r not able to lead a normal life due to ban on Spouse Ground based trnsfr by IT Dept

But in case of spouse based transfers , total ignorant attitude has been adopted by the Income tax dept. I fear if this ban on ICT persists , income tax dept would witness destroyed marriages of its group c employees in coming months. It's very very pathetic

We have exhausted all proper channels possible. No justice delivered yet. I and my wife r forced to live separate since 2017. It's been 6 years we r posted 1500 kms far from each other. Every grievance has a shelf life within which it should be addressed...

Pl intervene in arbitrary policy of banning InterChargeTransfer by CBDT for its groups C Employee. IT Dept banned transfer even on SPOUSE Grounds where husband & wife are serving in different states and bound to live separately
