And also connected to customer service. But they are saying write a mail to backend team.
I m doing all these things since 29 sept. But not getting any solution. Sometime your team say connect with special team or mail to backend team or full appeal form.

I had ordered two powerbanks recently and packing box delivered to me contain only single product. One of product was missing . I had raised complaint regarding this issue at customer support but no action was taken .
