@JioCare, my JioFiber connection has been down for 2 days. Despite multiple complaints, no technician has resolved the issue and customer support keeps giving the same responses. If this is not resolved immediately, I will escalate the matter to the Appellate Authority

Absolutely unacceptable service. Paid ₹211 for an order, waited over 1 hour while standing outside my house, and then YOU cancelled the order claiming I was “not available”. On top of that, ₹20 was deducted as a cancellation charge.
