One day people of the uk will realize how poor they really are. Most working class people can’t afford to watch football at home. Lol this is not even a thing for people in “3rd world countries”
I never imagined that a lighthearted video with my 15-year old brother would be taken from my Snapchat, reposted across different platforms, and turned into an excuse to bully a child.
Some of you have left cruel comments. Others have gone as far as editing his photos to make him look bigger just to get a few laughs.
Read that again.
Adults are editing the image of a 15 year old boy and publicly mocking him.
My brother did nothing except exist in a funny video with his sister.
If your idea of entertainment is tearing down a child, then that’s a reflection of your character, not his.
He’s kind. He’s loved. He’s growing, learning, and becoming the amazing young man I know he will be. No hateful comment or edited photo will ever change that.
I hope, before you type another insult or share another edited image, you remember that there is a real teenager on the other side of your screen reading what you write.
Do better
🚨 NEW: A Labour source says Keir Starmer feels "betrayed"
"He gave everything to Labour, including sacrificing much of his children's teenage years to help make the party electable. He feels deeply betrayed, especially by those he believed were loyal to him"
A woman in my church refused to change to her husband’s surname for 2 years after marriage
The man kept begging her to process a new international passport with his name, but she refused and insisted she wanted to continue using her father’s name.
Eventually, the man got tired and stopped talking about it.
Now fast forward to recently…
An international opportunity came up at the man’s workplace and he was allowed to travel with his wife
That was when Madam suddenly started begging to do the surname change and process a new passport quickly
The man's response now is:
“I don’t care again. I won’t include you in my application.”
Now the woman has been crying and telling Pastor to help her beg him"
There is a specific kind of pain in seeing a woman carry a pregnancy her husband didn’t want, and I’ve been watching my friend go through this for nine months while her husband acted like she was carrying a stranger's child just because he had already decided that "two kids are enough." He didn't follow her for a single scan, didn't buy a single diaper, and would look at her growing belly with so much resentment that she spent most of her pregnancy crying in the guest room feeling like she was committing a crime just for being a mother.
The real irony started the moment the baby arrived and turned out to be his carbon copy, looking exactly like him in every single way, and suddenly he has switched to "Super Dad" mode, posting the baby on his status every five minutes with "My Prince" captions and trying to buy my friend expensive jewelry to "make up" for the months of coldness.
My friend says the love she had for him died during those nine months of silence and she’s currently secretly scouting for an apartment to move out because she can’t unsee the man who made her feel like a burden when she was at her most vulnerable. He thinks everything is back to normal now because he’s finally "happy" with the baby's face, but she’s just waiting for the right moment to leave him with the "Prince" he almost forced her to resent, and honestly, I don't think she's overreacting because some wounds are too deep for a "sorry" and a push-gift to fix.
all i can say is that she probably did this outside of nigeria & i know there have been reports that the % of black sperm donors is REALLY low compared to white sperm donors. I believe Da Brat & her wife spoke on this not too long ago.
Trying to conceive is also struggling to conceive.
I think poeple associate a stigma with it and that's why they react when people say some of these celebs are TTC.
