@timesprime my sony liv 6+6 subscription has been removed off all of a sudden, and also I was additionally given a coupon code which shows expired although the validity is till 2027. Please address the same

The worst experience I have ever faced in my life. I have purchased a membership on 17 sep 2024. But was unable to active my sony live membership the status is showing activation under process.
