We called the team to service 3 geysers, only to find that 1 had a faulty element and the other 2 were fine. However, the ones that were fine are now experiencing leakage problems after the service, and our complaints have gone unanswered.

To add to the frustration, the geysers don't support parts from other manufacturers, and Hindware doesn't seem to care about our customer experience.

We've been trying to get the element changed, but it's not available. The aftersale support has been extremely poor, to the extent that the representative himself said, "Peeche se delay hai, Kya karen."
