Missouri schools are facing funding uncertainty, but facility needs aren't going away.
When budgets are tight, strategic facility planning becomes even more important. The right investments can reduce operating costs, address deferred maintenance, and help districts stretch limited resources further.

Celebrating Partnership, Progress, and People
Recently, craft workers, Town staff, project partners, and the Navitas team gathered onsite to celebrate the completion of the Town of Webster WRRF project.
This project modernized critical infrastructure, expanded treatment capacity, and positioned the community for future growth.
Proud to be part of a partnership that will serve the Town of Webster for years to come.

Our company meeting was about more than presentations and planning. It was a chance for #TeamNavitas to connect, have some fun, and give back to the community.
We kicked things off at Chicken N Pickle with some friendly competition and plenty of laughs 🏓 Then after a morning of meetings, we partnered with the Heartland Tree Alliance to help plant trees and invest in the future of our community 🌳
A great reminder that strong teams are built both in and outside the workplace.
Construction Safety Week may be wrapping up, but safety remains part of every project, every day.
At #TeamNavitas, safety is built into how we plan, communicate, and look out for one another on every job site.
“Safety is more than compliance—it’s a responsibility to our people, our partners, and the communities we serve.” — Mark Lehmkuhl, Construction Market Lead

We’re headed to NASBO!
We’ll be at the booth connecting with school leaders.
Stop by and share what’s on your mind—we’d love to hear what challenges you’re facing.
What we build today shapes tomorrow. 🌎
We help organizations reduce waste, operate smarter, and invest in facilities built to last.
Better buildings. Stronger communities.
When facilities under perform, it doesn’t just impact buildings—it impacts people.
Students. Staff. Communities.
That’s why project success isn’t defined at completion—it’s defined over time.

Happy Pi Day!
Today we celebrate π (3.14…) — the mathematical constant that goes on forever.
But let’s be honest… the other kind of pie deserves some recognition too.
Whether you're celebrating with numbers or dessert, we hope your day is perfectly well rounded. #PiDay
