The most affected subclass has been 489 which has now been discontinued.
The DHA has updated the processing times to up to 48 months, a major increase from only 8 months in 2019.

We 489 SC visa applicants waiting for your call, we crossed the timeline that DHA announced on the website, we are only 1600 applicants in this subclass, we paid the fees and have been waiting for more than 36 months, This is our voice ....
