I have received my stamped passport on 5/August/2021, but I have not received POE(Port of Entry) and counterfoil yet. I have flight on 11 August.

According to your reply 1st Phase will take 3-4 weeks, then outcome of this will that thousands of students might miss their intakes.
We all request @VFSGlobal to resume services #ForAll in a short time & clear this backlog in meantime.

Why so much delay in Passport Stamping !
It must be restart in the #FirstWeek of #JULY itself, otherwise mostly students will be unable to attend the semester as most of the classes will be in offline mode.
