A Doctor's urgent plea : Stop the Stray dog menace inside Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital, Chennai.
A doctor was chased by stray dogs inside campus 2 days ago, fell, suffered facial bleeding and a skull fracture. She survived only because people intervened.

Otherwise it could have been a Rabies Exposure!
Dogs still roam freely across the campus and inside hospital buildings. This is a healthcare institution, not an unsafe zone for patients and staff. Rabies = 100% fatal once symptomatic. No excuses. No delays.
