@TimJayas 16 people participating in a survey is a clear, balanced vote. I could pick 16 people in 2 groupchats rn, and force them to vote on something...
Personally, I believe Youtube's move to separate "passing views" from "qualifying views" and the dislike button disastrous.
This is funny though.
However, running a UGC Company as well, where we pay people to make content, we accept we pay for "uneaged" views. Mad thing to say in 2026, but here we are.
Hey, it's @ZeeNavoUGC here. I spent the last 9 days with @LudiNavoUGC building up what I think is going to be the future of clipping, UGC and marketing as a whole.
Over the next few days, I'll be using this X account to go through the trials and tribulations of hopefully building the next $20 million a year Clipping/UGC/Distribution company.
The idea is simple. We at Navo own the content, control the distribution and control the products.
Today we're happy to share, we've got about 70 sign ups, 5 or so active posters, and we've already done 30,000 views since launching last week.
Sad thing about running clipping like this, is we don't know how many of those 30,000 views qualify. The pessimist in me, says only 500 or so people actually watched the video in its entirey.
But once this is fully working, and we're doing volumes, we antispiate, we'd be doing millions of views a week.
And trust me now, a lot of this can be ran and managed by 1 person.
The ability to take a video, download it, slap your logo on it, repurpose the content 4-5 times, doing 300 videos a day per campaign so you always got fresh material. It only requires prompt engineering.
So yeah, I'm not sure how many people are going to red this little opening article, but for the ones that do, that are struggling, trust me, we're going to be dropping some very useful information over the next few weeks, so best you stay tuned.
X ALGORITHM UPDATE 🚨
The fresh posts pool I told you about is now LIVE, and X rebuilt the small account boost on the same day (I check the open source algorithm daily with Claude and share updates worth sharing with you)
tl;dr:
- fresh posts pool: off → ON
- small account boost: up to 1,000 → up to 50,000 followers
- boost window: 48 hours → 2 hours
- boost view limit: 1,000 → 200 home views
- boost winner: highest score → best like rate
lesson learned: the first 2 hours of every post are now where it's won or lost, so post when your audience is actually online.
full details:
- The fresh posts pool is ON
Last time I said I'd tell you when it goes live. It's live.
Every time someone opens For You, X now pulls up to 200 posts from a pool of new stuff: under 8 likes, under 500 views, up to 2 hours old.
Your post still has to be good enough to get shown. But until now a brand new post with no likes had no lane of its own. Now it does.
- The small account boost now goes up to 50K followers
It used to stop at 1,000. Now any account up to 50,000 followers can get it.
It lifts one fresh original post to around 16th in someone's feed.
- But it only lasts 2 hours
The post has to be under 2 hours old (was 48) and have under 200 views from home feeds (was 1,000).
After that you're on your own.
- The winner is picked by like rate
Before, the highest scoring post won. Now X looks at how many of the people who've seen your post liked it, adds a bit of randomness so brand new posts still get a shot, and picks from the best two.
So the first people who see your post decide a lot.
- Under 1,000 followers? Mixed news
You still get the boost, but now you share it with much bigger accounts, and the window went from 2 days to 2 hours.
- Next thing to watch
X built a new way to find posts similar to what people recently engaged with. It's switched off. If it goes live, posts that stick to a clear topic win. I'll tell you.
If you haven’t developed an in-house clipping systems that is trained off actual clips going viral rn,
That you can take any piece of content, slap the logo on, then regig that content 400 times, resulting in 13 gigs of videos per each campaign.
I’d agree with you there, but we’re doing this differently you see.
@0xDanchi@LudiNavoUGC Can I ask what details? We run a fly wheel to get people into our own in-house team, to promote our own products.
Unless you’re investing; we’re not looking for partnerships rn
Two videos can both show 10,000 views and mean completely different things.
A view count follows a platform’s rules. On YouTube, a Shorts view began counting whenever a Short started or replayed, with no minimum watch time. Since August 2026, YouTube’s public view count starts when a video begins playing across formats; “engaged views” still show how many viewers chose to keep watching.
That difference matters when you’re clipping. A big number can show that a video started playing, but it doesn’t automatically tell you how many people stayed to watch—or whether those views count for a campaign.
At Navo, every view is checked before it counts. Only verified views go toward your share of the campaign’s clipper pool.
So when you see a view count, ask: What had to happen for this to count?
The goal isn’t only to get the video started. It’s to give people a reason to stay.

Influence isn’t always a polished ad or a famous face. Sometimes, it starts with one person noticing something and telling others.
Early Sunday, a farmer near RAF Fairford alerted police about suspicious vans. The story quickly reached a much wider audience. Five men were arrested and later released on bail; they remain under investigation. Police say no improvised explosive devices were found, and the motive has not been confirmed.
That’s how attention moves: a local report, people sharing what they know, then larger voices and news outlets amplifying the story.
But reach isn’t proof, and virality isn’t verification. If you make content, trust is your asset. Say what’s confirmed. Be clear about what’s still unknown. Don’t turn speculation into fact.
At NavoUGC, clippers take campaign footage, shape it into short videos and post them on their own accounts. Your share of the clipper pool is based on verified campaign views: if your videos generate 30% of the views, you receive 30% of the pool. Payouts are every two weeks.
Build your editing skills and put them to work with NavoUGC.

Pew Research Center analysed about 228,000 accounts followed by U.S. adults on TikTok. It found that 46% belonged to individual creators and influencers who had built an audience in their niche. Of the 100 accounts followed by the largest share of U.S. adults, 70 belonged to internet celebrities or influencers who rose through social media.
Creators are a major part of what people choose to follow—and short-form video gives them a way to reach an audience.
At NavoUGC, we give clippers campaign footage to shape into short videos and post on their own accounts. Your share of the clipper pool is based on verified campaign views: if your videos generate 30% of the verified views, you receive 30% of the pool. Payouts are every two weeks.
Make your edit. Post it. Build a skill from home and get paid to put it to work.

Here’s why you need to enhance videos when you’re clipping:
Posting someone else’s video exactly as it is can leave your post looking like a duplicate. Platforms may recommend the original instead, while your repost gets overlooked.
Enhancing a clip means adding something of your own: a new voiceover, captions, context, editing or a different perspective. You’re not just copying a video, you’re helping reshape it into something that feels new and works for your audience.
That’s what makes clipping powerful. One original video can inspire multiple distinct edits, each made and posted by a different creator.
At NavoUGC, we’re building a creator community around clipping and original edits. Follow along to see how it works.
