Rokid Max AR glasses impressions 🕶️

👍 They are lightweight, thin, compact and very comfortable. Build quality is on point.

👍 Built-in myopia correction from 0.00D to -6.00D is just awesome. I set the perfect focus for each eye and the picture looks super sharp.

👍 This is the largest (215") and brightest (600 nits) AR glasses screen that I’ve ever seen. It’s also an OLED so colors are great, vibrant. It’s just a pure joy to watch.

👍 The speakers here are also the best I've heard in AR glasses. The sound is fuller, with deeper bass.

👎 I don't like their software. Rokid AR app often crashes or just doesn’t start the AR mode which includes apps like 3D video player, browser, AR games and etc. When it works, video player is fine, browser is very basic, some AR games work, some don’t. Not great experience. I really hope @RokidGlobal will be able to get together and update their software.

Been using the Nothing ear (2) for a good while now & they’ve held up really well.

Following the latest OS update, the animations on the @Nothing phone (1) are some of the smoothest I have ever experienced on an Android phone…

Like seriously, somehow they made it come dangerously close to Pixel animations… whatever they’ve done, it feels extremely polished!
