Do you want your own custom platform to keep everything clean, organized, and centralized? 📂⚡
DM me to build a fully custom request portal tailored to your team, business, or creative workflow.
Currently coding a custom platform for @FSKSociety called the “Forsaken Creative Request Portal” — a centralized system where team members can submit design requests, track live progress updates, view approval statuses, upload references, request expedited work, and manage all creative projects in one streamlined workspace. Built to keep the creative process organized, transparent, and efficient. ⚡

I understand what you’re saying, but from my side, I was hired under the impression that everything being provided to me was authorized for use by the team. I was not made aware of any restrictions, ownership disputes, or internal agreements until recently.
In the U.S., situations like this usually depend heavily on written agreements, copyright ownership, licensing terms, and proof of limitation or restriction at the time the work was created or provided. Since I was contracted to perform a service using the materials given to me, I acted in good faith based on the information I had at the time.
I’m not trying to escalate anything or take sides here. I was simply doing the job I was hired to do.
Funny watching people scream “it’s all AI” while we’re still the ones creating the worlds they can’t stop staring at. 🕯⚔️
Officially working with @FSKSociety now.
While some people debate tools, we’re building a movement.
Logos. Lore. Visuals. Identity.
Everything handcrafted with vision behind it.
Anybody can type.
Not everybody can create.
The forgotten don’t stay forgotten forever.
Thanks to the homie @XvChillin

I was simply hired to do a job, and that’s it. I used what was provided to me. If there had been a contract set in place with clear guidelines and limitations, it would be a different story.
I do apologize if this situation caused any frustration or misunderstanding. That was never my intention.
You’re welcome to involve legal if you feel that’s necessary. I also have screenshots, conversations, timelines, and records of everything discussed.
After speaking with everyone involved, it’s my understanding that the design was originally created for free for the team’s use. However, i do understande creating something for free does not automatically transfer full ownership rights or remove authorship unless there is a written agreement stating that explicitly.
There was also no written contract outlining limitations, permissions, or transfer of rights before the creation of the design, which is exactly why this situation is now open to interpretation from both sides.
The concern was never simply about the team using the design. The issue came from modifications, AI alterations, public statements, and how the work and creator were represented afterward.
So yes, if you want to proceed legally, that’s completely your choice. I’m comfortable providing the full conversations and context as well.
“Crazy part is you’re acting like AI magically pressed one button and built a finished brand identity by itself. 😭
Tools evolve. Artists evolve. The industry evolves.People charge for vision, execution, revisions, presentation, branding knowledge, scalability, and knowing how to turn an idea into something usable across real platforms. Not just for drawing one sketch on paper. Do you even know what a storyboard is? Or a preview concept? Half the process is visual development, iteration, mockups, direction, and refining ideas before a final product even exists. 🎬And if the logo was ‘so ass,’ why are you still promoting it for free in my mentions? 🫶”
These model shots mean more than just visuals to me—they’re part of a bigger journey.
Every pose, every frame, every detail was built while I was learning and refining my animation system. This wasn’t just about making something look good… it was about understanding motion, flow, and how to bring still images to life in a way that feels real, intentional, and cinematic.
There’s a lot of trial behind this. A lot of tweaking, breaking things, rebuilding them, and pushing past what I thought I already knew. These shots are pieces of that process—snapshots of growth.
And honestly, this is just the beginning.
