@RailMinIndia Please stop ignoring the Diva East (near level crossing) escalator. It is shut every day from 8–10 AM, the busiest rush hours, forcing thousands to struggle on steep steps. Women, senior citizens and shorter passengers suffer the most. Kindly keep it operational.
